Scotch Fillet MS9/9+

Scotch Fillet is a steak classic and when using MS9/9+ wagyu it’s elevated to a premium experience. 

We recommend serving a 250gm piece rare or medium rare, seared then cooked for 1.5 minutes each side and left to rest covered for 5 minutes before serving. 

This product will be delivered in a vacuum-packed bag with a shelf life of 7 days when kept refrigerated.

Sevens Creek Wagyu beef has a marbling score of 9 or 9+ (MS9/9+) which is the highest grade that can be achieved in Australia. All products are growth hormone and preservative free.
