Wagyu porterhouse makes for the perfect steak to slice and share in the middle of the table or thinly slice before cooking over a hibachi grill.

If you’re serving rare or a medium rare steak, sear then cook for 1.5 minutes each side and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

This product will be delivered in a vacuum-packed bag with a shelf life of 7 days when kept refrigerated.

Sevens Creek Wagyu beef has a marbling score of 9 or 9+ (MS9/9+) which is the highest grade that can be achieved in Australia. All products are growth hormone and preservative free.
